Start by thinking of today as a new beginning, think of it as your new life. What areas in your life would you like to change or improve? Try to surround yourself around people that maybe better or above average in those specific areas that you would like to improve.
These areas may consist of knowledge, empathy, love, or discipline. Once you are in the presence of those type of people, absorb their actions, thoughts and characteristics.
Then you can become one of the average people that you spent time absorbing and following their knowledge and skills. Consistently learn, study, and be a fly on the wall. Be sure to put what you have learned into motion. Once you obtain a basic plan or routine, practice the same steps daily to achieve your goals.
