Another Officer In Freddie Gray Case decides On Bench Trial



Tough times are ahead for the prosecuting attorneys in the Freddie Gray Case. Lt. Brian Rice is on trial for the death of Freddie Gray. According to the judge. Prosecutors failed to turnover 4000 pages of Lt. Brian Rice training records over to the defense in sufficient time.

Rice will be tried on Thursday on charges of assault, manslaughter, misconduct and reckless endangerment  of Freddie Gray’s death. Prosecutors claim to have recently obtained  records from authorities. Judge Williams expressed that Prosecutors had adequate time to subpoena for records months ago. The defense request to dismiss the case was denied.
