This video comes courtesy of a friend of Blackcoffy.com, Chef Eric (Emoneyblue) is the owner of Creole Cajun Bistro address: 5070 S Gilbert Rd Ste 400 Chandler, Arizona 85249. About a year ago, our staff duplicated this same recipe and the oxtails were so tender and tasty. We hope you enjoy Eric’s video recipe essay.
Here I show you in detail how to cook them right. “Take a look before you cook” I knew there was not another recipe better than this one because I have had them all. This is a recipe that most would not share the so called “family recipe” handed down from Big Red to me. This is how they were prepared by my late Grandmother, also this is a meal that my mother will eat and has to use her fingers to get in those tight places. Please try this recipe and then let me know that you have tried them, if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy. Sorry Youtuber’s but I cook off the cuff and never measure unless I’m baking…. but try this recipe and it will just get better each time you make it according to how you like it. Enjoy!!
